The implementation of the Modern Workstation at PKO Bank Polski was an extremely ambitious and complex project. It involved not only technology, but also had a significant impact on the existing work environment of those who serve the bank's clients in the branches. Reconciling so many changes required working in an agile model involving the business and the direct recipients of the service. Through prototyping, we arrived at the final form with a fixed cost level. We had the opportunity to verify the effectiveness of the service during the pandemic, and now we are using it successfully in a hybrid model.
